The US has been training Ukrainians for the last 8 years and supplying them with modern missiles to replace aging ex-soviet stocks. The British have done the same. These services have continued since the war started allowing the Ukrainian army to have the success it has had it targeting Russian weak spots. The Americans are supplying Javelins and stingers. The British have sent NLAWs. Other NATO countries are sending much needed ammunition, advanced weapons and body armor for the irregular forces The NATO countries are now caring for roughly 3 million Ukrainian women and children. NATO countries are sending in humanitarian aid including medical supplies, bottled water and pet food. NATO countries are rolling back the Russian cyber-war efforts and this does not even count the effect the sanctions are already having
